In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bpcxeh," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to bpcxeh.net, its operators, and associated entities responsible for providing the online casino, sports betting, lottery, and related services accessible at bpcxeh.net.
• "User," "Player," or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the bpcxeh platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a User upon registration on bpcxeh, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your bpcxeh Account, funded by deposits and reduced by wagers, withdrawals, and applicable fees.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives granted to a User by bpcxeh subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) of Pakistan.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, lottery, financial, and informational services available through the bpcxeh platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of the Services is illegal, restricted, or requires regulatory approval that bpcxeh has not obtained.

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any Service provided by bpcxeh, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the bpcxeh Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of bpcxeh and close your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Use of bpcxeh is strictly conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously. bpcxeh reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the bpcxeh platform in any capacity. This is a hard, non-negotiable requirement enforced through mandatory CNIC verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of using the Services. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bpcxeh is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one bpcxeh Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a third party's name, or using altered personal details — is strictly forbidden.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be used solely for personal entertainment. Using the platform in a professional, commercial, or business capacity without explicit written authorisation from bpcxeh is prohibited.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or third-party exclusion arrangement that covers the bpcxeh platform.

To access the Services, you must create a bpcxeh Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

bpcxeh conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. The following documents may be requested at any point:

• Valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) for identity verification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) not older than three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name)
• A selfie holding your CNIC may be required in certain cases

bpcxeh reserves the right to suspend access to your Account and withhold any funds pending completion of verification. You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials secure. bpcxeh will never contact you by WhatsApp or social media to request your password or verification documents.

All financial transactions on bpcxeh are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits. Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, MasterCard, or USDT as available. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bpcxeh does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your verified bpcxeh Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. bpcxeh processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the platform — typically 5–30 minutes for mobile wallet transfers and 15–60 minutes for bank transfers. Verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering. bpcxeh is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. bpcxeh may request additional documentation for any transaction it considers suspicious or unusual. Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a source legally owned by you. bpcxeh reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that does not satisfy AML requirements.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on bpcxeh. Game-specific rules are published within each game or betting market on the platform and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bpcxeh. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation reference number or confirmation message. bpcxeh reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds caused by a technical error or manifest error on the platform.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type, and individual Account, and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Cricket and PSL Betting. Bets on PSL matches, bilateral cricket series, and ICC tournaments are governed by the bpcxeh sports betting rules published on the Sports section of the platform. In-play bets are processed in real time and confirmed at the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.

6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect market pricing due to data feed error, or confirmed technical failure. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your Wallet.

6.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being determined. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. bpcxeh's decision on all betting disputes is final.

bpcxeh offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback deals, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire if not used or wagered within the time period specified on the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your bpcxeh Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to placing equal and opposite bets across accounts to exploit a bonus, using automated play, or systematic exploitation of free bet terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: bpcxeh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, if bpcxeh determines that the promotion has been or is being abused.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpcxeh. Breach of any of these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one bpcxeh Account, including accounts registered under a different name, email, or phone number
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any bet or casino game
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or display glitches for financial gain
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your Account by any third party, including a minor
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or reversing a payment after funds have been deposited and wagered
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bpcxeh staff, customer support agents, or other players

bpcxeh is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are accessible directly from your bpcxeh Account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your bpcxeh Wallet. Increases to deposit limits require a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Bet Limits: Restrict the maximum stake you can place on any single bet or game round.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing the duration of your current session and your net position.

All content on the bpcxeh platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, game assets, and audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of bpcxeh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bpcxeh platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from bpcxeh.

Any unauthorised use of bpcxeh intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

The bpcxeh platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

bpcxeh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions. bpcxeh will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but is not obligated to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpcxeh's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bpcxeh Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

bpcxeh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to goodwill, even if bpcxeh has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by bpcxeh is governed by the bpcxeh Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bpcxeh collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. bpcxeh does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification partners) only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

bpcxeh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a material change affects your rights or obligations, bpcxeh will endeavour to provide notice via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the bpcxeh platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bpcxeh holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bpcxeh. Each dispute must be brought and resolved on an individual basis.

Official communications from bpcxeh will always originate from an @bpcxeh.net email address. bpcxeh will never contact you via WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media to request your password, verification documents, or account details.
